Though a little hazy, this is my experiment with my new watercolor pencils. I can draw with them and then use a wet brush to activate the watercolors. The pencils provide an easier way to blend colors prior to adding the water. I think I will like using them. They are portable and effortless.

Shirley, I have watercolor crayons that are so cool. When you add water it seems everything just blends in. That looks great. I do have some watercolor pencils and really haven't tried them yet, but I will. Have a great Sunday.
interestingly different from the other way you have been doing watercolor. a little more dreamlike...fantasy...nice!
